Having previously dealt with Archer Concepts on other projects I had no hesitation to approach them again and seek their products. The result has been well received not only by the residents but also by all the visitors and the Foundation’s Board members. The quality of the furniture has received a top mark by all concerned. The third chair turned up today. The feedback from staff is really positive. They find the chairs easy to move around and the residents are not slipping down in them. The wide footrest and extended depth of this is certainly putting them ahead of the other model we trialed. I’m confident I have made the right choice in going with chairs from Archer Ltd. Archer Concepts have recently completed the supply of furniture for the new Sudima Auckland Hotel. From the initial first meeting to the final delivery I have found them to be efficient and professional, which has not always been the case with other suppliers in my experience. In a lot of cases once the order is confirmed, you are passed on to someone else and the same degree of attention and service is not as it was when they are trying to get the order, this was not the case with Archer Concepts.

Last year we completed the construction of a two storey Resthome/Hospital and Serviced Apartment Care Facility. During the selection process I found Brad to be extremely helpful and always willing to send or bring sample chairs for us to try. After the initial selection of furniture and fabrics were made Brad made the process hassle free. I organised for delivery on a certain date and on that date the trucks arrive. As you can imagine setting up from Greenfields in an extremely stressful time and Brad made the process stress free.
